I don't think I have ever been to a Four Seasons, and I've been to a whole lot of them, bigger than the one at the Four Seasons Dallas at Las Colinas. The sprawling complex covers a host of activities inside a $9 million dollar renovated fitness center. Fitness activities includes four indoor tennis courts, racquet ball, an indoor walking track, as well as the only aerial yoga facility in Dallas.
As the picture above shows, I definitely took up the opportunity to try aerial yoga for the first and it was both hard as well as fun. With every stretch and position I felt a little bit longer, as well as "cooler," and I thoroughly enjoyed it. Meg, the instructor, stated that one of her regulars lost six dress sizes engaging in aerial yoga so the fitness and wellness element of it is very high.

I also tried several of the spa treatments at the Four Seasons Dallas at Las Colinas, and man-oh-man the lady who gave me my massage was fantastic! We started out with a different Thai massage. It's really aimed at those who do a lot of vigorous activities, with a lot of stretching and rotating movements. Totally not my style. I like medium-to-low pressure, in long pushes, which completely relaxes me. After thirty minutes she was so attuned to my body she could tell I wasn't enjoying it so we switched over to a "regular" massage, and it was sheer bliss. I have to get her name so I can make sure to recommend her to you so be sure to check into the blog later this week for her actual name.

Another treatment I tried was the DNA facial, and it was very good. The girl doing the facial was really knowledgeable and very into explaining to me the various elements of the facial. I asked her, eventually, to stop because I really just wanted to enjoy it but from the way she conducted the procedure she was both thorough and relaxing. I liked it a lot but, again, the massage was the best.
The spa also offers hair services, scrubs, waxing and an entire menu for men as well. I highly recommend checking it out!
