Next review set: Rome with Le Meridien in 3 weeks!

I am so looking forward to my first (!) ever (!!) trip to Rome in three weeks to check out the $20 million renovations at Le Méridien Visconti Rome.

The hotel will soft open on February 1, fully debuting at a grand unveiling in early June. Each of the 240 modern guest rooms and suites will offer stunning mid-century modern design with spacious work spaces and subtle technology. In addition to all new rooms, all public spaces will be renovated, bringing the local aesthetic and midcentury modern design of Le Méridien hotels. The Hub (the lobby space) will feature an extensive collection of books about Italian art, food and culture. Bringing the romance of Rome to life, the hotel’s curated culinary offerings will include a stunning rooftop terrace, all-day dining restaurant, breakfast room and bar.

I am particularly enthused about the close proximity of Le Méridien Visconti Rome to some of the most historic vistas in Rome since the hotel is ideally situated between the Spanish Steps and The Vatican. Should be an AMAZING TRIP!
