ILTM Cannes kicks-off this week

This week ITLM kicks off in Cannes and I am reminded of how fortunate I was last year to be invited to join. This year, while I was sorry to turn down an invitation to join the 2017 event, I just could not turn down the opportunity to in the tranquility of the Pink Sands Club in Canouan St. Vincents and The Grenadines. (Plus I took a new grown-up day job so I really had to figure out where my priorities for last minute travel where.)

I'm so thankful to my dear friend Carlo Ducci, the editor of VOGUE Italia, for his friendship last year. The picture above is us joining the Salvatore Ferragamo party where I got to hang out with the Ferragamo family. So surreal for a girl from Texas like me to be standing in the middle of Cannes, France talking to the editor of VOGUE Italia, the Chairman of Salvatore Ferragamo, as well as the namesake Mr. Salvatore Ferragamo.

What a wonderful life.
