Tune into FOX5 this morning to hear me discuss the new DC Michelin Guide

Yesterday the tire company Michelin issued their century's old report, which we today know better as "The Michelin Guide," for the first time in Washington, D.C. Aimed particularly for owners, restauranteurs, chefs, chef fans and crazed foodies, The Michelin Guide is an arbiter of what is good and, quite frankly, elite in the culinary world.

For me, when I first hear Michelin was coming to D.C. as their next city for review, I was incredulous. However good the food scene in D.C. is getting, it is still nowhere near New York City or Paris or Tokyo, thus the entire entire (for me) was both monstrously ridiculous as well as an indicator of so many things which are wrong with existing Michelin system for rating restaurants (1 star, 2 star, 3 star -- with 3 being best). Be sure to tune into FOX 5 in Washington, D.C. this morning at 1000 am to hear me discuss my thoughts live on-air!
