Thank you Atout France for such a beautiful springtime in France!

I'm just now reviewing the copious amounts of notes from my spring time in France tour with Atout France, the French Tourism Board. We covered Paris, Bourgogne, the Rhone-Alpes and Evian-les-Bains (including an extra day in Paris for me courtesy of the absolute Parisian Palace Le Bristol). I gained eight pounds (!!) eating 3 hour lunches and 4 hour dinners every day; however, how can one really complain about eating splendiferous foie gras, cheese, chocolates, wine and Michelin-starred everything else. From peas to pastries, I think I managed to eat my way fat ... and I'm only unhappy now contemplating the idea of spending 90 minutes in the gym every morning for the next two weeks!

Below is a quick highlight of all of my stops. Be sure to tune into the blog this month for a full review!
