Bonjour toutes from France! What a glorious week to begin Spring in this most marvelous country. I am so grateful to the Team at Atout France -- the Tourism Board for the country -- for inviting me on this journey to Bourgogne and the Rhone-Alpes' Evian-les-Bains for a week of gluttonous Michelin-starred food as well as wine, museums, castles, rail trips through the countryside ... and so much more. On the list is:

• Hotel Napoleon in Paris

• Diner at one-Michelin starred Maison Blanche

• The flawless, boutique museum Jacquemart-Andre

• Truffle shop L'Or des Valois in Bourgogne

• 16th century hotel Chateau de Chailly in Bourgogne

• Dinner at Chateau de Chailly's restaurant L'Armancon

• The 15th century hospital in Bourgogne Hospices de Borgougne

• Wine-tasting at Chateau de Pommard

• Lunch at the epic and divine, one-Michelin star Loiseau des Vignes (a Bernard Loiseau restaurant)

• Dinner at my newest obsession, the bed-and-breakfast Les Roches in Mount-Saint-Martin

I am excited to report back on everything I will eat/see/do.
