"Be Good to Your Food" with Leading Hotels of the World

To celebrate Milan Expo 2015, The Leading Hotels of the World, Ltd., a collection of authentic and distinct luxury hotels, will reveal Expo-inspired packages from numerous member properties throughout Italy later this month. The packages complement Expo’s theme of “Feeding the Planet, Energy for Life,” and highlight Leading Hotels’ innovative and sustainable approach to creating outstanding culinary experiences.

One package, "Be Good to Your Food," comes from Borgo Egnazia, in Southern Italy. Guests can pick ingredients from the hotel’s vegetable gardens to use during an afternoon cooking class, followed by lunch. In addition, guests will dine at Pescheria da Vito, at Cala Masciola Beach Club, where the hotel’s chef will introduce guests to Apulian’s celebrated seafood offerings. Package also includes two nights in Corte Bella room (breakfast included) and a 60-minute treatment at Vair Spa on property.

Also, for guests who want to stay close to the Milan Expo, stay at the Baglioni Hotel Carlton in the historic heart of Milan but be sure to ask for a room away from the street.
