Situated on Grand Cayman, in the Carribean just off the coast of Cuba, The Westin Grand Cayman nestles serenly on a portion of the Cayman Island's famous "Seven Mile Beach." Diving, snorkeling, swimming alongside stingrays, stand-up paddling and morning yoga sessions are some of the wonderful activities at The Westin -- though, personally, I can not wait to experience kissing stingrays at Stingray City in the North Sound. If activities are not your thing, then definitely experience the coastal cuisine of Executive Chef Sandy Tuason at The Westin's New Beach House restaurant or the Hibiscus Spa.
