In the coolest, penultimate moment of an already exceedingly wonderful but young 2015, I have been invited to join the glorious Sabi Sabi Private Game Reserve as they unveil their international chef collaboration for 2015! I am simply amazed and humbled to be invited!
Located in the Kruger National Park, about an hour's flight from better-known Johannesburg, Sabi Sabi Private Game Reserve was created in 1979 and has quickly become one of the premier luxury destinations in all of Africa. Featuring four distinctly separate lodges literally within the very pulsating heart of this game reserve with lions, leopards, rhinos and elephants, Sabi Sabi Game Reserve spares no expense to bring the outdoors indoors. In fact, last year, Conde Nast Traveler readers named them a "Reader's Choice Award."
The theme of this lifetime dream destination is "Yesterday. Today.
