Best Beaches 2019: An all-inclusive pick in Mexico; a resorts world in the Bahamas; and a brand new

As I continue my research on the best beaches around the world, it's really actually harder than I thought to narrow these choices down. For instance, I am going through the legions of options in the country of Mexico and, for all intents and purposes, there are just too many to pin down. I think I've found a solid pick which is all-inclusive and affordable -- a particularly hard process since I tend to do ultra, high-end luxury!
I also managed to find a relatively new spot in the Bahamas as well as a brand new hotel in ever-popular Los Cabos! Fun, fun!
ROYAL HIDEAWAY PLAYACAR
On the more affordable, "all-inclusive" end, the Royal Hideaway Playacar is an adults-only all-inclusive resort that offers 201 nice guestrooms, six distinct restaurants serving international cuisine (including à la carte options), a spa and fitness center, and six pools, all large and with unbeatable views, including 3 relaxation pools and an infinity pool with an impressive waterfall. For those looking for an elevated gastronomy experience, I highly recommend the Chef’s Table experience, where participants will be able to talk to Chef Sanchez as well as his team, who will explain all the techniques and ingredients in detail, as well as provide anecdotes about the creation of the dishes.

I haven't spent a lot of time in the Bahamas, but Resorts World looks really fun for those who care about quality beaches as well as a budget. In particular, Bimini in the Bahamas is a somewhat undiscovered Caribbean vacation destination, despite the island’s close proximity to the U.S (50 miles from South Florida). Until 2013, Bimini was previously only accessible by private yacht, seaplane or charter flight, so it has seen a real tourism boom since 2013 with the opening of world-class resort, Resorts World Bimini -- you can even take one of the daily two-hour FRS Caribbean Fast Ferry service connecting the island to PortMiami and providing travelers with seamless international travel.

Solaz, a Luxury Collection Resort, Los Cabos opened in September of this year. It is the first hotel in Baja California Sur for The Luxury Collection Hotels & Resorts brand. The property has a captivating experience, including a sustainable "dry jungle" inhabited by only endemic species and flora, as well as offering one of the only swimmable beach in the area.
December is an ideal time to visit as whale watching season in the region begins in December and runs through the end of March. The experience features an afternoon of whale watching aboard a private vessel through the Sea of Cortez, signature catering from the resort’s culinary team who will arrange a Baja-inspired meal for passengers, and a professional technician who will place hydrophones in the water in order to capture the sounds of the whales. For those not feeling their sea legs, Solaz Resort’s geographical location and coastline shape create a slight bay area that provides incredible whale watching opportunities right from the hotel, something that few Cabo resorts offer.
